Description:
Link Personnel have a great opportunity for a HR Generalist who is available immediately and wish to progress their experience within a Professional Services environment.
The HR Generalist will report to the HR Operations Manager, this role will deliver expert HR advice to employees and assist with key people initiatives. The role will support employees throughout their lifecycle with the firm. The HR Generalist will support the Chief People Officer and wider HR Team on strategic people projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and rotations for firm’s Corporate Graduate and Intern Programmes.
- Manage recruitment of Paralegal requirement when necessary.
- Create and manage HR inputs to firm’s weekly newsletter.
- Manage new joiner orientation and on boarding.
- Ensure HR Policies and Intranet are up to date.
- Act as HR Representative on firm’s Gender Committee. Assist with the organisation of events as required.
- Monitor and process requests for all types of leave e.g. maternity leave, parental leave, force majeure leave etc.
- Prepare and issue employee change documentation related to all stages of the employment lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm’s HRIS and seek opportunities to create and improve our processes.
- Assist with reward and compensation projects.
- Support the wider HR team on various ad-hoc projects.
- Lead the firm’s mentoring and sponsorship programme
