Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimumof two to fouryears HR experiencepreferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands
  • Effectively operate and work with latest standard office technology
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience with ATS or HRIS a plus but not required
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work from the office and be at a desk for extended period of time

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or other relevant degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two plus years of experience in a Human Resources office in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the brand ambassador for Bally’s Corporations
  • Assist the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
  • Coordinates various new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, notification to state registry, and DOG licenses compliance.
  • Performs routine filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records
  • Update leadership team on upcoming new hires orientation, trainings, and properties’ events and celebrations
  • Maintains HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy in the system through self-audit and reports
  • Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees across the organization
  • Provide administrative support to all employees and walk-in candidates
