REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 0-2 years of HR generalist experience. The applicant should have HR compliance knowledge and must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Must be able to successfully clear a background check prior to hire.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and guide management team and employees regarding Company policies, HR programs administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
  • Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Assist in managing employee relations – gather data, conduct investigations, report findings
  • Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Partner with other internal/external stakeholders to provide and develop the human resource capabilities necessary to achieve business success and align with the business direction
  • Liaison with talent acquisition and support respective functional managers on talent acquisition, recruitment, interview and selection
  • Support HR department to develop and implement attraction, retention, and engagement programs across the market
  • Develop and institute HR best practices of the department’s policy, procedures, and processes
  • Support routine HR projects including communications, conducting meetings, tracking results, reporting
