ABOUT THE TEAM
Our growing HR Operations Team is looking for a HR generalist to join our headquarters in Budapest. The purpose of the job is to provide day-to-day support to our HRBP and HR Specialist, take ownership of processes like new hire onboarding and be a trustworthy point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries. The position also includes collaborating with our L&D trainer, our US HRBP and the Recruitment team.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD BRING TO US
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles
- Experience in any HRIS system, or ERP
- Solid knowledge of Hungarian Labour Law
- Excellent Microsoft office or related software experience
- Good command of English language
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability of task prioritization and attention to detail
- Proactivity
- Can work individually and in team
BONUS SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU HIT THE GROUND RUNNING
- Experience with softwares like: Nexon, Charthop, Greenhouse, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily responsibilities of pre- and on boarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, paperwork completion
- Organize on-boarding sessions, induction trainings and programs for newcomers including orientation sessions. Introduce new hires to company culture, values, and organizational structure
- Schedule and facilitate regular check-ins between new hires and HR / managers / team to address questions, concerns, and performance expectations.
- Facilitate data exchange between different systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms
- Ensure data for reporting and analytics tools provide insights into relevant metrics
- Handle employment related requests including job moves, documentation, contracts: Facilitate internal job transfers for employees. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed. This includes updating employee records, and relevant employment contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions in line with company policies and regulations
- Participate in HR operation process improvement activities. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote fairness, consistency, and legal compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate the operative part of performance review and goal setting process and L&D activities.
- The HR Generalist oversees the setup and configuration of the performance management system to facilitate the review process. The HR Generalist ensures the accuracy and integrity of data within the performance management system.
- Support work of HR business Partners and collaborate with HR specialist and Recruitment team to ensure smooth operation processes
- Provide support in recruitment process if needed
- Possible substitution of colleagues in HR OPS in case of absence
