In this technically challenging position, you will be overseeing around 100 people, handling employment relations, managing recruitment lifecycle, as well as looking after the company’s health and safety/compliance. You will be getting involved in all areas of the business and will be required to ensure compliance and regulations are adhered to at all times.
The ideal candidate will be a HR Generalist, who has experience working within construction/engineering, is comfortable handling health and safety/compliance and overseeing recruitment. You must be looking for a challenging position where you will be recognized as the go-to person in the HR facility and be given the opportunity to progress to HR manager quickly.
