POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for an HR Generalist in Rivoli (TO) Location.
To provide a comprehensive and professional service to the business in all aspects of human resources. Promoting best practices and ensuring that the business complies with legislation and employment law. To provide the HR Manager support relating to HR Manager activities based on LV HQ and Technical Center fo the BU Light Vehicle in Rivoli (Turin) and the production plant in Luserna San Giovanni (Turin).
To build upon and improve relationships with both internal and external bodies, ensuring best practice at all times and adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for the day-to-day HR related matters, ensuring employee files are up to date, liaising with payroll regarding new starters, working closely with managers regarding all local recruitment and contact point for both internal and external clients.

MAIN OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES:

  • Support the design and implementation of engagement plans and calendar in HQ, TC and in the production plant.
  • Support the analysis of skills gaps with Managers based on Company goals, job descriptions, performance appraisal results and career plans. Find the best strategy to fill the gaps identified and support the Organization to implement it.
  • Support in all aspects of the implementations of special projects for people development, DEI, employer branding, engagement, etc.
  • Support job rotations and career paths coherently with Company and employee’s needs, establishing itself as a local point of reference for these topics and implementing new strategies for talent enhance and exchange among sites and plants.
  • Support Managers in planning a successful succession plan, effective for the Company and gratifying for employees.
  • Support the Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy of the Company.

JOB POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • University Degree
  • Master’s Degree in HR

Experience

  • Experience of working within a HR/recruitment environment. Strong impact and influencing skills and total deliver focus. Will have the ability to build close working relationships with colleagues. An excellent communicator with a confident manner. Experience of using Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Language Skills

  • Italian (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)
  • English (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)

Additional skills

  • High level of leadership and decision making
  • Able to motivate, Influence and train people
  • Ability to interact with Management at all levels

  • Support the activities related to Dana Operation System in the production plant for the People Development Pillar.
  • Ensure on time Organization Announcement and Induction plans.
  • Ensure that MyDana is updated and is accurate at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key personnel within the business.
  • Assist in providing accurate HR/Management reports, including absenteeism, turnover, complains, attrition, skill gaps, etc.
  • Support Talent Acquisition for recruitment related to own perimeter of competence and ensure a timely and effective onboarding of newjoiners.
  • Promote safety and environmental policies.
