There is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR Generalist to join Edrington to work alongside the HR Manager to bring about the best in-class HR practices and services to support the fast growing business in South East Asia.
Make an Impact

The key deliverables of the role include (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for junior roles, from sourcing, job offer to on-boarding of new hires, ensuring positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Process payroll and benefits for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam markets. This would include timely tax reporting, insurance renewal to ensure benefits are competitive against each market’s standards, and accurate submission of compensation data for Mercer & WTW annual surveys.
  • Drive a continuous learning culture by planning and coordinating various initiatives (global / regional / local) to support the development of the employees.
  • Superuser of HRIS (SAP) – maintain and uphold data integrity, active participation in new roll-out / enhancement to HR system (UAT), and support employees in resolving any HR system related enquiry.
  • Keep abreast on the latest development of HR best practices in the markets and ensure continuous HR processes review and improvement to deliver effective HR services.

Your Talent and Skills

  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Prior experience in MNCs preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of employment legislations of SEA countries a plus.
  • Keen eye for details and have a flair for numbers.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Multi-task without compromising on the quality of deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work well under pressure and ambiguity, and be able to navigate through complex situations with composure.
  • Think big picture and consider all angles when approaching any situation.
  • Process oriented and challenges status quo whenever necessary.
