HR is responsible for staffing the frontline with specialists in wide-ranging fields, and making them feel at home in a fast-moving operation. We support our global business in all HR related matters. The HR team are in charge of creating a great employee experience and to provide world-class HR Support.
As HR Generalist at Einride, you’ll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero. We are now seeking a structured, detail- and team-oriented HR professional, who thrives in a complex and dynamic environment where everything is possible.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of our Global HR Operations team, focusing on tasks related to Global Payroll and HR Administration, while also supporting employees and leaders through our Global People Support.
- Together with your HR colleagues, manage the entire employee life cycle from an HR operations perspective.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and key stakeholders within the organization as well as external providers to ensure business needs are met.
