Description:
Reporting to:
Vice President HR / (Regional) HR Manager / Regional Director / Regional Sales Director.
Purpose:
Delivery of a full range of HR services for the designated country/countries within the HR and business strategy.
Geographical Scope:
One country.
Operational Level:
Tactical/operational.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure accurate and up to date personnel administration that complies with local legislation, and preparation of payroll changes to ensure a timely and correct payroll administration.
2. Coordination and execution of all HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, transfer and offboarding.
3. Ensure optimal and up to date local HR policies, processes, and tools (in line with global HR and/or local requirements) and ensure they are correctly executed within the local organization.
4. Identification of external developments, determining the consequences and preparation of proposals for organizational solutions.
5. Initiation, execution and implementation of organizational (re)design and change processes.
6. Advise and support managers in the performance management process, and support managers in identification of development needs, and facilitate development activities (on individual and team level).
7. Provision of advise and support to management and employees on employee related matters (i.e. employment conditions, collective labor agreement, internal HR regulations and processes, absence, etc.).
8. Attraction and retention of talent in support of the local business strategy.

Minimum Working and Thinking Level:
Higher professional education (HBO, Bachelor, College).
Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience:
3 to 5 years.
Required Certifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Up to date knowledge of and experience in proactive HR management.
- Educational background in Human Resources or other relevant study.
- Basic understanding of local labor legislation.
- Good understanding of all human resource functionalities.
- Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal.
Working Conditions:
- Frequently working under pressure.
- Strain of eyes and back muscles from regular use of a computer screen.

- Works under general direction and guidelines.
- Is either the final responsible person with regards to HR matters in a small country or group of countries (up to 100 FTE), or works under the direction of a (Regional) HR Manager in a big country or a group of countries (>300 FTE).

- Works independently.
- Is either the final responsible person with regards to HR matters in a small country or group of countries (up to 100 FTE), is part of the National Coordination team, and the manager generally works at a different location.
- OR works under the direction of a (regional) HR Manager in a big country or a group of countries (>300 FTE).
- Typically 6 -8 years of relevant work experience required.
