HR Generalist (fixed term/vikariat)

We are looking for dedicated HR Generalists to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The roles is a part of our excellent HR team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up the People Services function and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

• Prepare and participate in union meetings. Write minutes of meetings
• Implement P&G projects within the area of responsibility
• Support managers in rehabilitation cases, team development and information meetings with employees
• Analyse HR Data and prepare presentations
• Operational day-to-day support for managers
• Handle ticket ́s linked to the supported department/team
• Support managers in system/process related issues
• Develop administrative procedures in cooperation with other functions.

  Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Behaviour science or related field required.
• At least three years of professional human resources required with experience in employee relations preferred.
• Excellent English written and oral skills
