QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- CHRP/CHRL designation is considered desirable
- Proven 7-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent comprehension of human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Experience in screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, video interviewing etc.)
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good time management skills with ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Organized, autonomous and reliable
- 1-3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry as an Agency or In-house Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist is a major plus!
Responsibilities:
HR & Recruitment Expert:
- Hiring (posting vacancies on job boards, cold proactive candidate marketing
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Monthly Audit of Employees’ credentials and license
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Social Media Engagement Support
- Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate and overall suitability for the position.
- Schedule, participate in interviews and prepare submission documents for each shortlisted candidate.
Point of Contact:
- Answering calls within working hours
- Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.
Candidate Pipeline
- Partner with relevant institutions to build talent base and drive recruitment process, when necessary.
Process improvement:
- Review and recommend improvement to GSR’s recruitment practices and ensure they are applied through the entire recruiting process.
