QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • CHRP/CHRL designation is considered desirable
  • Proven 7-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Excellent comprehension of human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Experience in screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, video interviewing etc.)
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good time management skills with ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Organized, autonomous and reliable
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry as an Agency or In-house Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist is a major plus!

Responsibilities:

HR & Recruitment Expert:

  • Hiring (posting vacancies on job boards, cold proactive candidate marketing
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Monthly Audit of Employees’ credentials and license
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Social Media Engagement Support
  • Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate and overall suitability for the position.
  • Schedule, participate in interviews and prepare submission documents for each shortlisted candidate.

Point of Contact:

  • Answering calls within working hours
  • Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.

Candidate Pipeline

  • Partner with relevant institutions to build talent base and drive recruitment process, when necessary.

Process improvement:

  • Review and recommend improvement to GSR’s recruitment practices and ensure they are applied through the entire recruiting process.
