We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is driven to make an impact in the workplace every day and who will provide a stellar employee experience for IMCers.

In this role, you will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with your stakeholder group and partnering with the business on key HR related topics and initiatives.

Including but not limited to the following role requirements:

  • Managing and being the main point of contact for all mobility and VISA related requirements.
  • Management of twice-yearly tax assistance listings to our tax advisors.
  • Coordinate attendees and logistics for our local traineeship programs (run in the Sydney office). Along with managing communication to the mangers of attendees
  • Provide a high-level of service to employees for all general HR issues and queries
  • Provide support for key cyclical processes such as summer internship, Graduate intakes, performance and salary review
  • Complete adhoc reporting from Workday and the analytics dashboard, as required by the HR Business Partners.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education in Human Resources, Business or related field;
  • More than 3 years’ experience in a Generalist HR role or Shared Services role in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to work in fast paced, complex environment with sensitivity to confidential and proprietary information.
  • Excellent prioritisation, planning and time management capabilities.
