The HR Generalist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different internal and external processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day tasks of the whole HR team.

A. Team Management

  • Supervise and lead a team of HR professionals, including HR supervisors and specialists
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and

development.

B. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Administers HR programs, policies, and procedures, including employee Code of Conduct updates,

policy dissemination, and compliance monitoring

  • Serves as a trusted advisor and mediator in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution,

disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

  • Releases necessary HR memos for internal and external matters (i.e. notice to explain, warning memos – grievances/offenses, disciplinary actions, addendums, and amendments).
  • Oversees and facilitates Employee Programs projects aimed to promote camaraderie, including

rewards and recognition across the organization.

C. Filing / Records Management

  • Monitors updates of 201 files.
  • Updates employee masterlist (database) and online directory.
  • Safekeeps other HR-related records (i.e. HMO, Job portals, budgets, and etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Has at least 3 years work experience in the HR field
Has experience in handling an HR team (at least 6mos)
With strong background in employee relation
