We are looking for a HR New Graduate to join our HR New Grad Rotation Program! This unique opportunity offers a 2-3 year rotation across various HR departments, providing you valuable exposure to different functions within HR. There will be at least 6 months of valuable experience at our Oilsands location, which means that during part of the New Grad Rotation, this position will be based in one of our business sites north of Fort McMurray, Alberta and is eligible for Company Sponsored Fly-In/Fly-Out and Accommodations Program with charter flights from Calgary or Edmonton. Upon completion of the program, the candidate will be placed in a permanent role aligned with their skills and interests, based on business needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Participate in planned rotations within different HR teams
- Act as a proactive team-player, offering support and assistance to team members as needed, while also seeking opportunities for knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaborations
- Adapt quickly to the dynamic nature of various HR teams
- Exhibit a high level of autonomy and accountability, while also seeking guidance and support from mentors as needed
- Strive for excellence – consistently seek opportunities to exceed expectations and add value to the organization
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent graduate (within 1 year) with a Bachelor’s degree in HR
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for HR and a desire to make a meaningful impact
- Available to start June 2024
