Responsibilities:

As a HR intern with Tomorrow, you’ll take on a range of responsibilities to support our HR and labour law initiatives.

These may include:

  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws, social security, and tax regulations.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks such as absence tracking, overtime, holiday management, HR system updates, and immigration procedures.
  • Assisting in recruitment and local hiring processes.
  • Managing current benefits administration and ensuring coordination with the London-based HR team.
  • Providing assistance to the internal payroll function to ensure timely and accurate monthly processes.
  • Facilitating the smooth management of global HR processes such as performance evaluation, compensation/promotion.
  • Overseeing the onboarding and exit processes for joiners and leavers.
  • Assisting the HR team in providing HR management advice and support to local employees.
