REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly personable individual who excels in understanding and meeting the needs of others to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department to ensure seamless and effective business operations. This is a generalist HR role, offering a broad spectrum of responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software efficiently.
  • Handle grants, claims, letters, and memos effectively.
  • Oversee Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation processes.
  • Generate and analyse reports for HR-related tasks.

Talent Management:

  • Conduct job analysis to identify staffing needs.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including selection, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate audits and maintain compliance with labor regulations.
  • Manage labor relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Payroll Management:

  • Perform the full payroll process with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle CPF (Central Provident Fund) contributions and issue payroll checks.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Evaluate salaries and administer bonus and incentive programs.
  • Manage employee benefits effectively.

Engagement & Retention:

  • Develop and implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Plan and execute events to enhance employee morale.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention.

Safety & Wellness:

  • Manage risk factors and ensure workplace safety.
  • Administer welfare programs to support employee well-being.
