Description:
We are looking for a new team member to setup the human resources infrastructure and oversee shaping the company culture as we go into our growth phase. You’ll have the unique opportunity to establish HR policies, processes, and programs, contributing directly to the success and growth of KIT-AR.
Your responsibilities will include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus).
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a startup or early-stage company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Portugal
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
