Responsibilities:
THE IMPACT OF THE ROLE:
The HR Generalist will be a critical team member of the People & Culture Department ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. You will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of people engagement, talent acquisition, performance management and more, all while working in an innovative and people oriented environment allowing you to enhance your skills and make an impact.
IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field.
- Master’s Degree in a HR related field will be considered a plus.
- 1-3 years of previous working experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Solid understanding of HR programs and procedures including compensation, performance management, L&D.
- Familiarity with Full-Life Cycle Recruitment, ideally in a tech enabled industry.
- Previous experience in maintaining HRIS and/or ATS systems, we use HiBob.
- Experience in using data to identify insights that drive actions.
- Knowledge and practical application of the Portuguese regulations and labor law matters.
- Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
- Fluency in English is a must, as we are a multinational company.
- Active contribution as a team player to collaborative efforts.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn, embracing an out of the box thinking approach.
Amazing if you have:
- Previous working experience in an international setting.
