Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our HR department in various essential functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting employees at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as compliance, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
- Administer HR-related processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and keep abreast of changes in legislation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
