JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are a HR Generalist looking for a new challenge, I could have the role for you!
Salary ranging from £50,000 - £65,000 (Temporary hourly pay rate).
The Firm
I am currently supporting a highly prestigious US international law firm in their search for HR Generalist to join the team in their London office - initially on a temporary basis but with the scope of turning permanent.
The Role
Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing various HR tasks, responsibilities, and projects guided by department objectives and priorities.
Provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple HR functions including benefits, recruitment, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
Facilitates smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and attorneys.
Assists in managing employee relations issues and initiatives as needed.
Ensures high levels of client service and satisfaction in all HR-related matters.
Handles general HR housekeeping tasks effectively to maintain organisational compliance and efficiency.
Acts as a key liaison between employees and HR leadership to address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification. CIPD Level 5 certification preferred.
Demonstrated HR expertise with prior experience in a similar role, particularly in Benefits, Recruiting, and general HR administration.
Preferably experienced in the context of a law firm or professional services environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as the role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
