Description:
The Senior HR Generalist will take a leading role in implementing the strategic human resource calendar for syncreon at Fairburn. You will be part of team that plans, develops, organizes, implements the HR processes and procedures and be a business partner for Management in all organizational and HR related matters. This role works for a schedule 4:30 PM to 1 AM , Monday through Friday with working once a month on Saturday.
YOUR KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or business or a field related to the position.
- At least 2 years’ experience in employee relations, conflict resolution in a logistics, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Additional education, training and/or work experience in area of specialization inherent to the position may be required.
- Exposure in computers including Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of local laws, rules, and/or regulations affecting human resources administration; ability to develop a broad knowledge of those of the company.
