Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in a hybrid onsite role. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that includes 3 different companies. This role will involve both onsite and remote work, offering flexibility and autonomy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- This is a hybrid onsite role, requiring a combination of onsite presence and remote work.
- Flexible work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and approval.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and training schedules.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
