Description:

  • Convienant location - city based
  • $85,000 - $110,000

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (minimum of 2 years experience).
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to build effective relationships with senior management & stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting employee development and well-being.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to manager and employees across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisement, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks, to attract and select top talent.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with organisational objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data, generate reports, and assist with HR analytics to support informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated with relevant employment legislation and industry best practices to ensure HR practices remain compliant and effective.
