POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are actively seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team due to expansion and growth. This multifaceted role involves a wide range of responsibilities, focusing on compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR management. Please note that this role will not be responsible for payroll or compensation duties.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse comfortably with employees.
  • Minimum of 4 years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
