The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to make informed decisions
  • Previous HR experience and labor law knowledge
  • Fluency in Czech and or Polish and English, both written and spoke

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with people leaders to act as a trusted advisor and coach
  • Provide processes, tools and advice to people managers and associates in the region
  • Be responsible for payroll input collection and close cooperation with payroll vendor, contract drafting and adjusting based on legislation changes and providing trainings to new joiners on HR policies and processes
  • Provide support to the Senior HR Business Partner EEMEA on the core HR initiatives around organizational change, development, engagement, talent management diversity equity and inclusion as well as capital deployment projects (such as M&A)
  • Leverage your experience and skills as part of the EMEA HRBP team, partnering with the other HRBP’s in Europe as required
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance in all our employee processes
  • Partner with Operational HR and Centres of Excellence to leverage the right support, at the right time for our business
