We are looking for people who are like-minded in vision but also can contribute to the diverse thinking our team requires. This is a full-time on-site role within our Toronto office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR software system, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Manage and oversee payroll systems for US and Canadian operations
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
  • Manage and oversee internal compliance controls
