YuJa is looking for talented individuals to work within our Toronto office and play a full-time role on our team. Our team is passionate, excited about growth opportunities and very creative. We are looking for people who are like-minded in vision but also can contribute to the diverse thinking our team requires. This is a full-time on-site role within our Toronto office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage HR software system, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Manage and oversee payroll systems for US and Canadian operations
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Manage and oversee internal compliance controls
