Responsibilities:
The Executive Vice President – Global Strategic Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to lead the creation and execution of talent strategies for assigned client groups to advance HR strategic development and execution of talent related priorities and desired business outcomes. This role is strategic in nature and not operationally focused.
As a trusted advisor, the GSBP will partner with senior leaders, managers, and employees in driving the planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives while providing guidance and support on a range of people-related issues.
- You will be supporting talent priorities and programs such as talent reviews, succession planning and performance calibrations;
- Work with key stakeholders to understand the business strategy and develop and implement talent strategies;
- Drive Citco’s listening and action strategy; Representing HR’s point of view in business decisions; and ensuring the business strategy is reflected in HR objectives;
- Supporting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure and the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
- Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training and program; Lead business conversations with data and data insights;
- Participate in projects at a national or global level, suggest and/or implement process improvements and conduct change management activities in line with HR initiatives
