Description:
We are seeking a HR graduate for a two-year graduate programme within the Human Resources department. During this programme, the successful graduate will become a part of the existing HR team and will report to the HR Director. This two year programme will provide the successful graduate with experience across all aspects of the Human Resources function within the firm. In addition, the successful graduate will have their own HR administration tasks and responsibilities. We have a range of ongoing and upcoming HR initiatives and projects which the successful graduate will be a part of.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of the recruitment & selection process including drafting job specifications and adverts to participating in the interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Maintaining the Recruitment Mailbox.
- Maintenance of HR database and administration on systems along with employee files.
- Administration of employee benefits and co-ordination of wellbeing initiatives
- Implementation and maintenance of employee policies and procedures.
- Project work as required.

Essential Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:
- The candidate should bring a positive attitude and self-starting ability with the aptitude to take ownership of tasks and projects as required and see them through to completion.
- Third-Level Honours Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline (CIPD).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
- Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.
