You’ll embark on a journey of continuous growth through comprehensive on-the-job training, integral to their 2-3 year professional development program. Upon successful completion, you’ll have the liberty to choose from a spectrum of roles within the organisation, boasting salaries ranging from £40,000 to £60,000!
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- While a degree is advantageous, strong A-level qualifications are also considered.
- Prior experience and qualifications in Employment Law, Human Resources, or Health and Safety sectors are beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support and addressing client inquiries proficiently.
- Crafting compelling business proposals
- Managing scheme renewals and producing strategy reports for clients.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and implementing tailored plans for existing ones.
- Acquiring the necessary skills to thrive as a successful consultant within the organisation.
