We’re looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, who is confident in having challenging conversations where you can both influence and negotiate.
An analytical thinker, you’ll enjoy working with data and be able to translate technical information to a non-technical audience.
It is also essential you have experience in:

Responsibilities:
Our HR Information Systems team at NFU Mutual are at the heart of the future of HR. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to utilise a variety of HR related systems to support our employee lifecycle. Within this role you’ll do your best work and make a significant impact on the future of our employees’ experience with a reinvigorated HR Technology strategy and roadmap.
You’ll act as a point of contact for systems expertise and changes. Working on projects and system development you’ll gain exposure to a range of business and HR stakeholders. You’ll review, analyse, make recommendations, and implement changes to the HR Information Systems, providing HR services and processes for all employees and candidates.
You’ll be responsible for completing system testing processes, as well as organising user acceptance testing with other teams. You’ll be involved in gathering user feedback ensuring engagement and adoption of systems by the relevant teams and colleagues.
Behaving in a consultative manner and using your knowledge of systems and wider technology, you’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders, forming positive relationships and creating solutions. You’ll be confident in making recommendations and applying your expertise often being the go between the business, the systems team, the MI team and IT.
You will also be responsible for ensuring HR processes, policies and governance standards are adhered to, whilst also improving the customer and stakeholder experience.
