About the Role
Assist the HR team by providing administrative support, Campus Program and managing other adhoc projects for Southeast Asia (SG, MY, TH) and India. This internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you will contribute to real projects and initiatives while receiving mentorship from experienced HR professionals and exposure to SEA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campus Program
Assist the campus manager in coordinating the end-to-end activities of the entire campus program, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, as well as campus engagement activities.
Design communication materials and provide support for the campus communication platforms.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and drive necessary improvements.
Employee Engagement
Conceptualize and execute meaningful engagement activities aligned with Coty’s values and key drivers.
Take ownership of employee engagement communication, encompassing various mediums such as EDMs, workplace posts, etc.
Enhance the employee engagement program by incorporating feedback from participants.
Collaborate closely with the employee engagement teams in Malaysia and Thailand to adapt or implement activities locally.
HR Operations
Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding programs and initiatives for new hires.
Maintain and update e-files efficiently.
Develop and curate content for newsletters.
Collaborate with business leaders to create and update organizational charts for different teams.
Assist in product redemption cycles to ensure seamless delivery.
Coordinate statutory MOM surveys.
Provide support to employees with queries on HR matters.
New Hire College
Coordinate with relevant business leaders to develop presentation materials and consolidate them into a comprehensive package.
Assist in identifying and implementing suitable methodologies to enhance learning and development within the program.
Manage the program’s schedule end-to-end, providing logistical and administrative support to HR business partners.
Evaluate the program’s effectiveness and drive necessary enhancements.
