This position reports to Employer Branding Country Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Our Employer Branding team at ABB Finland is looking for a committed and team-oriented HR Intern, who wants to start his/her career in an exciting and challenging environment, attracting the best talents for ABB. In this position you will support the employer branding tasks in Human Resources.
In the HR Intern role, you will get an excellent overview of employer branding and get the opportunity to work in a multinational working environment with friendly colleagues. The HR Intern role offers a great learning opportunity and a step forward in your career.
This is a temporary and part-time intern position, approximately 3-4 days/week. The internship will continue until the end of April 2025 or as agreed. The position is located in Helsinki.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Assisting in a variety of tasks related to strengthening the employer image
  • Coordinating and organizing virtual and face to face events
  • Promoting our company as an attractive employer. This includes for example innovating and producing content to our social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and other communication channels

Qualifications for the role

  • University studies from relevant field, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources or similar. You should be at least in the 2nd year of your studies
  • Genuine interest in HR, Talent Attraction and communication
  • Knowledge of main Social Media Channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc
  • Customer-oriented mindset, effective communications skills, strong organizing skills, as well as flexibility to work occasionally hectic environments
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • Independent and self-initiated approach to work
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowhow of data collection and analysis is beneficial
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
