ABOUT OUR GROUP:

The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence Function responsible for Total Rewards Program management, designing and implementing across business units in Asia.
This position reports the Director of Total Rewards Asia, it is a Total Rewards Partner working with business and Human Resources to provide solutions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Currently pursing Degree in Internal Communication or Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
  • Familiar with creative content production tools (E.g. Canva)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for

  • Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs which includes but not limited to developing the program marketing and communication materials. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
  • Identify and develop new channels of communication on HR policies and programs
  • Assist in the updating of policies on HR Portal
  • Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
  • Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices
  • Support day-to-day HR/Admin operations
  • Other duties as assigned
