The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Human Relations Intern will provide administration support, with a particular emphasis on payroll, well-being initiatives, time attendance records (TMS), on-boarding and off boarding employees.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the HR Intern role will make an impact:

  • Assist with the provision of management reports on absence, staff turnover, overtime statistics and other key metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Point of contact for employee Education Support program
  • Support engagement and employee relations initiatives and activities
  • Manage the administration of our Reward and Recognition program.
  • Point of contact for wellbeing initiatives.
  • Proactively and positive branding company events and milestones
  • Support payroll activities
  • Involvement in Viatris close contact HR initiatives
  • Support talent acquisition as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Completed 3rd level qualification in Business/HR Related discipline.
  • Must possess knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Excellent communications skills - verbal, written and presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Strong administration skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Good time management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with the ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail is a prerequisite for anyone wishing to be successful in this role.
  • Strong work ethic, results driven.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence. Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
