THE PROGRAM
WJS Canada, provides community-based social services to families, persons with diverse abilities and youth to foster positive life changes, build skills and the confidence/resiliency to overcome life’s challenges. Over the past 30 years, we’ve grown to a national social service agency of 700+ staff.
Located in our Central Administration office in Maple Ridge BC, with free on-site parking and close to the WestCoast Express!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and prioritize employee files for digitalization.
- Scan and upload documents into the electronic filing system, ensuring proper categorization and organization.
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of digitalized files.
- Assist in the development and implementation of file retention and disposal policies.
- Support ongoing efforts to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
