Job description:

  • You support the HR team in the digitalization of administrative processes such as onboarding and offboarding
  • You help us to identify and optimize relevant processes
  • You develop your own solutions and a roadmap for the digitalization of processes
  • After coordinating with HR and IT, you implement the digitalization approaches developed
  • You identify new technologies, examine their possible applications and develop concepts for the digitalization of individual operational core processes
  • You analyze and scrutinize existing processes in order to subsequently derive optimizations and discuss these with technical experts

Requirements:

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of engineering, computer science, natural sciences or economics or a comparable course of study and have completed at least the first semester
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes
  • You can work approx. 15-20 hours/week for us
  • You are interested in new technologies, artificial intelligence and digitalization and enjoy developing ideas for their practical implementation
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in digital process optimization
  • You have good MS Office skills and are experienced in putting them into practice
  • You also have good practical knowledge of the Microsoft Power platform (Power Automate; Power-Bi)
  • You are characterized by flexibility and reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • You are a team player and always able to communicate in a friendly and appropriate manner
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
