What you will be working on
You will be part of the HR team responsible for HR IT transformation projects, modernising HR processes, and enhancing HR digitalisation and automation to improve CPF Board’s employee experience and HR delivery efficiency.

The broad area of your responsibilities include:

  • Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements by transforming and streamlining HR processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that optimise efficiency.
  • Pilot new technologies and assess their potential for implementation, leveraging them to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Human Capital Management (HCM) modules in the HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Oversee the management of the HRIS, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with the Board’s objectives.
  • Coordinate system upgrade and enhancement roll-outs.
  • Lead or assist in conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Manage HRIS access security and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Implement measures to safeguard sensitive HR data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant experience in HR IT transformation projects, HR process improvement, and HR digitalisation initiatives.
  • Good understanding of HRIS and experience managing HCM modules.
  • Proficiency in conducting UAT and resolving system issues.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Good knowledge of data governance principles and experience in managing data security.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.

The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.

  • This position is a full-time maternity cover role on a 1-year contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board
