Smith+Nephew is hiring HR Knowledge & Operational Effectiveness Specialist.
Be a key player in implementing our HR Knowledge Management Strategy company-wide. Ensure meticulous management of internal and customer-facing knowledge across HR functions. Collaborate with various teams to establish efficient governance and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain the HR knowledge management library and oversee change control processes. Streamline HR processes, enhance automation, and drive cost savings while maintaining service efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives globally and optimize our ServiceNow Portal and associated tools. Oversee HR technology aspects, managing enhancements and coordinating testing for system upgrades. Shape the future of HR service delivery and technology integration with us!

What you will be doing?

  • Support and implement Global HR Knowledge Management Strategy
  • Interface with CoEs and Service Owners to identify knowledge gaps and engage in knowledge creation
  • Quality control: review, approve, and release knowledge
  • Maintain HR process and knowledge library, managing change control processes
  • Train and coach knowledge creators on knowledge systems usage
  • Analyze data to identify and fill knowledge gaps
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and systems
  • Manage reporting and analytics for insights on knowledge usage and maintenance
  • Support the planning and delivery of HR projects for continuous improvement and managed change

What will you need to be successful?

  • Minimum three to five years of service management experience, preferably within a knowledge management function, with at least two years in HR operations.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics Tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills using service management technology to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Innovation and proactiveness in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and processes.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
  • BA Degree or above in relevant field.
