Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

In this role, you will play a role in supporting HR operational processes for various countries, including: Organisation Management, Worker Data Management, Benefits Registration and Collection, Global Mobility, Time Management, Leave of Absences and documentation management (Creating, distributing, archiving), ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and passion for HR will contribute to the success of our HR operations.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

  • Works independently with general supervision, demonstrating strong planning and organizational skills
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday for the DACH region, primarily focusing on Germany
  • Collaborates closely with Contact Center and Talent Acquisition agents to ensure smooth task handover and provide timely and accurate HR information
  • Supports benefits enrollment processes, verifying employee benefit selections and addressing basic inquiries
  • Collaborates with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information
  • Assists in maintaining compliance with HR regulations and policies, ensuring documentation and reporting meet legal requirements
  • Organizes and maintains HR documents, files, and records both physically and electronically, ensuring confidentiality and data security
  • Contributes to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, program implementations, and employee engagement activities
  • Provides exceptional customer service to employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Can influence others within their job area by explaining facts, policies, and practices
  • Supports senior colleagues in performing data quality checks in Workday and ad-hoc projects
