WHAT DOES A SUCCESSFUL HR MANAGER DO?

We are seeking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a 1-year contract basis to provide strategic support and operational leadership to the HR Leader in APAC. This position involves a diverse set of responsibilities in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department by assisting in various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication between the HR Leader and other stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance, including talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational development. Additionally, you will serve as a champion for our employees, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to HR solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership and Business Managers to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Support in implementing and executing HR partnering objectives and strategies to the site.
  • Proactively resolves HR and business issues and provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle.
  • Serve as an HR liaison for all HR aspects: talent management, labor relations, recruitment, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and/or training, coaching and workforce planning.Partner with internal and external vendors to ensure effective employee and business support.
