PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME HR MANAGER
A unique opportunity to join our diverse academic clients as a standalone HR Manager has recently been registered. Joining their developing community will offer involvement with all aspects of HR functions from talent attraction to employee relations. This role offers independence and variety, a role to make your own!
Please note that this is a fully office-based role. Applicants seeking part-time or full-time will be considered from 22.5 hours to 37.5 hours
PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME HR MANAGER EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALS
- Excellent time management and organsiational skills
- Experience within a similar environment or standalone HR role
- A high level or written and verbal skills
- Previous experience in offering in depth support to senior management on HR solutions
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
- CIPD qualifications would be advantageous but candidates who are qualified by experience may also be considered
Responsibilities:
This is a varied and autonomous role with responsibility for:
- Managing the entire employee life cycle within the organisation
- Liaising with senior management to provide advice and guidance on HR functions
- Facilitating recruitment processes including drafting adverts, arranging interviews, liaising with external recruitment resources and contract drafting
- Preparing monthly payroll
- Providing secretarial duties to personnel committee
- Updating relevant procedures and policies for organisation in line with current employment legislation
