Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to foster continuous improvement and career development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
