The Role
Job Description: - Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the office - HR policies implementation, employee benefit programs, HRIS, coordinate with PRO on licenses compliance and rentals up to date, other admin tasks - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. - Manage the recruitment and selection process; including coordination with recruitment agency partners. - Maintain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records

Qualifications: - Open to Arabic nationals - Male, 30 to 40 years old - Must have Bachelor/Masters degree in HR or any related field - Minimum 7 years’ experience as HR and 4 years’ experience in manufacturing industry - Must have a UAE driver’s license and own car.
