HR Manager will be working in a BPO Consultancy and will be carrying out HR task for other companies (cabinet’s Clients) as well as in-house.

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, retention, Compensation & Benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with Labour Laws. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure the organization’s HR strategies align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and address any issues that arise.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support employees in their career development and growth within the organization.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees are informed and compliant with HR policies.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proven experience in retention, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
- HR experience across multiple industries will be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
