HR Manager will be working in a BPO Consultancy and will be carrying out HR task for other companies (cabinet’s Clients) as well as in-house.

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, retention, Compensation & Benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with Labour Laws. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure the organization’s HR strategies align with business goals.
Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Onboarding:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work environment and address any issues that arise.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support employees in their career development and growth within the organization.
  1. Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
  1. HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all employees are informed and compliant with HR policies.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Proven experience in retention, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
  • HR experience across multiple industries will be highly advantageous
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
