An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR professional to take on the role of HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to solve complex problems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing performance management policies and compensation structures within the organisation’s financial budget. He/She will also provide support and guidance to line managers in setting up performance indicators and conducting reviews. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s human resources strategy. You will implement strategic HR initiatives, lead your operations team in their execution, and run HR analytics to guide business decisions. Your expertise in establishing organisation-wide performance management policies will ensure fair reward systems are in place. You’ll communicate effectively about these programmes, ensuring everyone understands how they will be evaluated. In addition, you’ll work closely with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialists to resolve any grievances related to performance evaluations. Your role also involves developing compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain our workforce. Conducting salary studies will be key in supporting your recommendations on compensation structure.

  • Implement strategic HR initiatives and introduce processes that support operational needs
  • Lead operations team in implementing strategic HR initiatives
  • Run HR analytics and fine-tune models to guide business decisions
  • Establish organisation-wide performance management policy, framework and processes
  • Deliver effective communications on performance management programmes
  • Consult with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialists to resolve grievances related to performance evaluation outcomes
  • Develop and administer compensation strategies to attract, motivate and retain workforce
  • Conduct salary study to support recommendations on compensation structure

The ideal candidate for this HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits position brings a wealth of experience and skills. You are proficient in MS Office Applications/Microsoft Power Platform Applications, which will aid you in your day-to-day tasks. Your professional qualifications in Human Resources (HR) have equipped you with the knowledge necessary for this role. With 7 to 10 years of HR experience under your belt, you are well-versed in the challenges and rewards of this field. Your experience using SAP SuccessFactor - PGM Module will be invaluable in this role.
