JOB SUMMARY

The Manager - Compensation & Benefits, Policies (Human Resource) is responsible for developing performance management policies and framework and develops compensation structure within organisation’s financial budget. He/She provides support and guidance to line managers in setting-up performance indicators, conducting performance reviews and communicating evaluation ratings to their team. He/She recommends to CHRO on compensation structure and benefits programmes based on industry benchmarks and total rewards philosophy of the organisation. In addition, he/she is responsible for managing team operations and performance, and integrating Skills Frameworks into performance management system within the organisation.
The Manager, Performance Rewards enjoys working with data and leveraging them to analyse, investigate and solve complex problems. He/She grounds his decisions in sound reasoning and is able to communicate and justify his/her rationales to others in a diplomatic and engaging manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in MS Office Applications/Microsoft Power Platform Applications

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (HR)
  • 7 to 10 years of HR experience
