As a HR Business Partner provide strategic and operational support through variety of HR services and programs to ensure that the organization’s current and future human resource requirements are met. Focus on talent acquisition, employee’s retention, engagement, development, performance management, compensation strategy, employee relations, policy deployment; coaching leaders and managers to deliver people management capabilities, diagnose business issues and providing appropriate HR services/ recommendations to address needs, supporting business growth strategies.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Be a business partner to SEAPT Management Team, regularly engage with cross functional business leaders on organisation design, policy deployment and implementation of the Company’s HR strategy and priorities in line with APAC/ Division/ Group People Strategy.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, programs and best practices of full spectrum of HR functions to enhance positive employee engagement and experience, drive high performance culture. Provide ‘people’ solutions through data analysis and reporting for management decision making.
  • Execute the company Compensation and Benefit programs, payroll management to reward an engaged workforce across all businesses in Southeast Asia, Pacific and Taiwan region including Singapore based Headquarter Office.
  • Manage recruitment activities to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role, include advertising, interviewing, testing, negotiating employment offers, relocation, orientation/induction training.
  • Responsible for Talent Review and People Development solutions to strengthen core competencies and align with career frameworks, business requirements and strategic priorities.
  • Drive a high-performance culture emphasising accountability, achievement and company values and behaviours. Responsible for organization`s performance management process.
  • Develop annual Training Plan to support business managers to fulfil the plan within budget.
  • Maintain and manage HRIS as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, including regular HR reporting, Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
  • Ensure employment regulatory compliance in the Southeast Asia, Pacific and Taiwan region.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in HR working experiences with 5+ years managerial experiences in handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Employees Engagement and Relations.
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Experience in managing a global environment, working across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Experiences in developing and facilitating organisational development programs and talent development programs in conjunction with business managers.
  • Computer literacy is essential, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Expert/extensive, sound knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills and the ability to build effective relationships and credibility at all levels, strong stakeholder management.
  • Intellectual strength and a high level of drive, intergrity and commitment, always prepared to do the right thing.
  • Strong ability to innovate and problem solving, drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible and agile to operate in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
  • Ability to make and accept challenge positively and debate confidently.
