We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager at CurrentBody, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our people operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the growth and success of the company. REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of ecommerce industry advantageous
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle and resolve employee relations issues
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Professional HR certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
- Oversee employee performance management and development processes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Advise on and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with internal recruitment team to manager on-boarding
- Work closely with finance team to support compensation and payroll management
