Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED MNC, MARKET LEADER IN THE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A HR MANAGER TO ASSIST THEIR TEAM FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop/Execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and local employment guidelines
  • Lead the formulation/enforcement of HR policies and procedures, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training
  • Ensure recruitment practices adhere to the relevant local legislation for equal employment opportunity
  • Collaborate with the various department heads to identify and facilitate training initiatives for skill enhancement and workforce development
  • Provide HR guidance and support to the various stakeholders in alignment with organizational policies
  • Supervise the HR Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services and administrative support
  • Mentor the HR team members to promote professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in their roles
  • Optimize employee benefits administration through strategic utilization of government subsidies and meeting employee expectations
  • Set/Monitor the required security service standards and compliance with established procedures
  • Manage security operations and oversee the company’s contracted security services to uphold quality standards and regulatory complianceAll other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in any relevant field of studies
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR working experience
  • Possesses strong leadership experience and communication skills
