Description:

OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE INDUSTRY IN SINGAPORE. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A HR MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with department managers to align job descriptions with organizational goals.
  • Establish and manage recruitment policies, processes, and channels.
  • Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
  • Develop and enhance onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Manage performance, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll operations and reporting.
  • Develop and implement performance management policies.
  • Facilitate annual performance reviews and promotions.
  • Develop and review learning and development policies.
  • Monitor training budget and program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate career development pathways.
  • Organize staff communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Measure staff engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage HR technology adoption and reporting.
  • Lead HR projects, such as competency development and digitalization.
  • Oversee general office administration.
  • Any Ad-hoc duty as given

Requirements

  • Min Degree in HR or Relevant Discipline
  • Min 5-year HR Generalist related experience and strong in recruitment
  • Good Knowledge in employment/manpower regulations
  • Good understanding in government schemes and industry/HR practices
